I listened today to Focus on the Family Today. They were talking With a Nurse who USED to be pro Choice,
“A young women lay in the stirrups, the Doctor on a Stool between her legs” I was there to assist. A small leg was already out side the women’s body. The doctor reached in and pulled the other leg out. Then grabbed the Torso and pulled the baby’s body out leaving just the head inside the mother. The little arms and legs were moving, streaching then pulling back and forth. The torso squirming, the little chest moving up and down, . The Doctor took a large scissors, reached inside the women and shoved it in the back of the neck of the child, making a hole in the back of the Brain .. The little body stiffened at the blow. Then He took a huge syringe and sucked the childs brain out. As he did this the little child went limp. ,,,,,,,,NOW it was LEGAL to pull the baby out of the mother. The “Fetus” was then tossed to the side to be disposed of like a piece of Garbage. And another successful Partial Birth Abortion was added to the list of Millions. God have Mercy on Us.
This is a short post. No more words are necessary, except to say,,,, we’ve gone to far,,,,,,,,,!!!!

RAW FOODS,, RELIEVE'S STRESS n
Way back in the 30's, a Doc by the name of Paul Kauchakoff did testing on the benefits of raw foods. He observed, that after eating a meal, a persons white blood cells would increase, indicating stress on the body, while eating a meal of raw foods did not elevate the count. He also discovered that foods that were altered also suppressed the immune system, indicating foods left in their natural state were assimilated into our systems much easier.
Many believe foods need to be cooked to kill bacteria and make it more digestible, but that's merely a learned behaviour. A few vegetables, as those in the cruciferous family, like broccoli, are a bit more difficult. But most foods do not become more digestible by cooking. Cooking foods actually create one more step in digestion, as the immune system needs to 'finish' the processing.
The best practice would be to eliminate processed, altered and cooked foods entirely from your diet . That includes milk, as it is both pasteurized and homogenized. It also means removing white sugar and flour as both are processed. For those finding difficulty in changing over, just begin by adding a small green salad to every meal, then slowly adding more veggies as your system begins to change. This works, as I was a great meat eater and even a sidesaddle look at a veggie ran close to wrinklin in my whiskersz. One of my Fav's was a 'Cold Cut Combo' at the local Subway. But after a while that Combo began to taste different. Finally, on a whim, I asked for it with no meats and it literally blew me away how much better it tasted. I'm a Veggie Sub guy now, and it still feels funny. Every once in a while I'll try my old meat combo, and its never equaled the veggie. It's important that you know that I didn't do that. My body actually changed my tastes for food. Switching gradually works.
Cooking also reduces the amount of bio-available vitamins and removes the antioxidants in the food. So you can double the amount of benefits available by eating raw.
There's hardly a week that goes by that we are not told of yet one more contaminant in another of our 'Processed foods'. Buying local, and eating organically grown raw veggies is a great step towards better health.

''WEEDS,, izz GOOD!~!
I truely believe that God sits above us shaking His head , maybe even chuckling at our ignorance. For He has provided absolutly free many magical little "ditties" that defy man's arrogance. I'm convinced that those who say there is no God are truely blinded to the many blessings we ignore or step over every day of our lives.
Just about everybody knows what a dandelion is. In the western world it is a weed, but in many other societies it is an important herb that is used to treat many common diseases and conditions of the human body.
It is also a food, being used in salads and the roots are also used by some as a coffee substitute the same as chicory. It is also used to make a herbal tea, and most people have likely heard of dandelion tea. However, its medicinal properties are not so well known, even though it has been used for hundreds, if not thousands, of years for the treatment of many conditions including those associated with the gall bladder, liver and kidneys.
However, that is not all, and there are several more traditional uses of dandelion in the folk medicine of many different countries including conditions as diverse as water retention and eczema. So, taking all of this into consideration, what exactly are the main benefits of dandelion to the body and what is it that provides these benefits?
Dandelion contains its fair share of minerals and vitamins, and is rich in vitamin C of course, with its strong antioxidant properties. It also contains the antioxidant vitamin A together with several B vitamins and the sunshine vitamin, vitamin D, which is so important for the absorption of calcium by the kidneys and into the bone structure. The minerals it contains is like an encyclopedia entry of minerals important to the human body. It’s not so much what minerals dandelion contains, as what it doesn’t contain.
The list includes phosphorus, iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, silicon, manganese and boron, and the organic nutrients include lecithin, carotenoids, terpenoids, tannins, sterols, choline, inulin, aspargine and so on. It would take a whole book to describe the health benefits of each of these, but an attempt will be made later to discuss the more important of them.
Suffice it to say that the list contains antioxidants, anti-inflammatories, and substances that help to reduce blood cholesterol levels and also maintain the health of your blood and major organs. However, the effect of dandelion on the liver and the digestive system are due largely to substances known collectively as taraxacin. That is what gives dandelion its bitter taste.
What was once known as taraxin, is now known to consist of sesquiterpene lactones known as eudesmanolide and germacranolide, which although claimed to be unique to the dandelion, are very similar to other sesquiterpenes found in chicory. In fact, dicaffeolquinic acid and chicoric acid (dicaffeoyltartaric acid) have been found to comprise a significant proportion of the extract from dandelion roots, together with a number of phenolic acids and flavanoids. Each of these, of course, is important and effective antioxidants, responsible for many positive health effects in the body.
Among the more important of these is the stimulation of the circulation of the blood throughout the body. The sesquiterpenes are also believed to support the activity of the pancreas, and the presence of so many strong antioxidant species within the leaves and roots of the dandelion explains the traditional use of dandelion for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.
Antioxidants support the immune system that causes inflammation when it is under stress. Studies of rats have indicated that dandelion is effective in reducing acute pancreatis, which is itself an inflammatory condition. The large querticin glycoside and flavanoid content of dandelion root extract posses anti-inflammatory properties, and suddenly dandelion is beginning to take on the appearance of a ‘wonder plant’.
However, let’s get away from the technical stuff for a while, and check out exactly what you can use dandelion for. Pregnant and post-menopausal women can gain the benefit of all these nutrients detailed above by taking dandelion extract, and it also has a diuretic effect. Although mild, this can help to remove excess water from the body, and helps to reduce blood pressure and the effects of heart problems. LDL cholesterol levels can be reduced by virtue of its anti-oxidant properties, and can help to resolve minor digestive complaints.
Traditionally it is claimed to have been used as a laxative and a cure for rheumatism. The latter can be explained by its antioxidant effects, and the way the sesquiterpenes reduce the inflammation associated with rheumatism. It is this inflammation of the tissues that causes so much of the swelling and pain of rheumatism and arthritis. Anti-inflammatories help to reduce this effect.
Dandelion is also believed to stimulate the flow of bile from the gall bladder to the duodenum, and help promote the digestion of fats and oils, thus alleviating many of the digestive problems associated with a fatty diet. This also appears to have the effect of stimulating the appetite, and dandelion juice is frequently drunk before a meal for these reasons. It is believed to help bladder and kidney stones, and also helps to alleviate infections of the urinary tract.
Although dandelion is normally safe to take, those with problems associated with the bile ducts should not take it, and if you are already on diuretic drugs, or any medicines designed to lower your blood pressure, you should stay clear of dandelion extract. The same is true if you are taking lithium for manic depression since some of the components of dandelion juice can exaggerate the side effects. It is also recommended that diabetics do not use dandelion extract, and neither should anyone on blood thinning drugs such as Coumadin, or any other form of warfarin.
Although dandelion can be a very effective natural remedy for many conditions, you should always refer to your physician before taking it, since it could interfere with any medications you are currently taking. Your doctor might also be aware of certain medical conditions you have that, while you are not being treated for, could deteriorate in the presence of one of the constituents of dandelion extract.
Although all of this could suggest that dandelion is dangerous to take, in fact what it indicates is that it is very effective against many conditions, and that taking it could lead to the effects of an overdose of the treatment you are already on. Had it not so many contra-indications, dandelion wouldn’t be as effective at doing what it does. A. L. R.

How Sweet it,,,,,"ISNT"
I'm told that there are 12 teaspoons of sugar in a can of soda. Who in their right mind would put that much sugar in a glass and drink it?? I' m a sweet freak, donuts "wink" at me. If there's a Snicker Bar in this house I guarantee it will nudge me awake tonight somewhere between 1 and 3 AM. But a glass of sugar holds no appeal at all. Yet you can't go anyplace without seeing a dozen people runnin around with a can of soda glued to their hand.
Tests have been done that indicate sugar's effect on our immune system, and it's not good. A good blast of sugar is said to shut down the immune system for 5 hours. Sugar is dumped in almost all processed foods and drinks in one form or another. Bread n Catsup have sugar in for corn sakes !!~!
If we are eating it in foods, and drinking it in our juices and drinks. What chance does our immune system have to work for us??
The term "Sugar" is not just the stuff you dump on yur COCO Puff's'. That's sucrose. The term sugar applies to glucose, fructose (fruit sugar) ,maltose (grain sugar) and honey, which is a mixture of glucose, fructose, sucrose and dextrin.
Sugars play a huge roll in diabetes and obesity, and even speeds up cancer growth. That coupled with its effect on our immune system make it a major player in the fight to gain on our health.
Every one's heard of the flu season, but I wonder,,,,, could it be the, SUGAR SEASON?? Think about it a bit. Halloween ushers in the flu season with huge amounts of sweets, and if your not an uppity snooty parent your gonna admit that your lil paw was in the candy bag too. And as it wears down, Thanksgiving follows with 4 weeks of sweets and cookies to a huge Christmas 'feast'. Then Valentines and Easter follow. Just about the same time "Flu Season" stops.
Much is heard now of (HFCS) High Fructose Corn Syrup being billed as a "good sugar", but pure fructose contains no enzymes, vitamins or minerals, And robs the body of it's micro-nutrient treasures in order to assimilate itself for physiological use. (I got them big words from Dr. Greg's text.) HFCS is said to have a good deal of "free" or inbound fructose. And research indicates that it interferes with the hearts use of key minerals like magnesium, copper and chromium. Its been implicated in elevated levels of cholesterol and the creation of blood clots. Also it has been found to inhibit the actions of white blood cells rendering them "helpless" to defend the body against harmful invaders.
The bottom line, sugar sucks,, well, the doc says it different but it plays out the same. With the "American" diet encased in a "sugar bowl" it shows itself as a definite No No.
Common sense should be slippin in here, if it's not, take the blinders off. This stuff is stopping your body from keeping you healthy, and its hiding under many names,
I stole all this from a good buddy that helped me understand that I was hurting my self. There's a neat scripture that goes,, "My people perish for lack of knowledge", umm , I fergot the scripture number , but its a good one. You now have the knowledge, it's up to you whether you implement its use.

BRRRRrrr!!~! 35 below Zero
AAAARGH!!!~! Cabin fever is setting in. Happens every January. The holidays pass, and you step into the first month of a new year and like magic the search is on for that "January thaw". Yeah, we get one if we're lucky. It's almost like Gods holdin a carrot out there,,,,Sayin,,, "wont be long kids,,, here's just a hint of spring to tide you over"' The sun comes out, and the eve's begin to drip and the day is so bright that it blinds you. The young are outdoors, shedding coats, basking in the new warmth of a clear open sky. But Not us old guys. We know the drill. We've long since dropped the excitement, knowing full well its a ploy to shed the long undies. In a very short time the North Wind blasts back in with the force of demons sending a Bone shakin chill that'l take the white outta Hens teeth. . And winter is back in full force with the promise of full residence for at least two more months.
It's cold out there, weatherman's sayin stay home. One short look at that cold gray sky tells the story. Winds is outta the north with a cut that equals 35 below zero. That means if you were to toss up a hot cup of coffee, nothing would come down. As the cold would vaporize the contents. A man outside with out proper cover has about 7 minutes to get inside, or He's dead. Folks have been found froze solid on their front lawn for lack of good judgement. A young boy, released from school early yesterday fell through the ice on a creek then proceeded towards home. luckily he had a cell phone because as he began to lose consciousness he called 911 and was able to be reached before he was killed by the cold. you don't mess with Ma Nature. we do everything up here that anyone else does, but with respect of Her laws. the ice reached 4 and 5 foot thick on the lakes. but river currents thin it down considerably. And those who ice fish better know the area. A fall through the ice on the main channel is almost always fatal. But the fishin's great and a wonderful pastime if your dressed properly. And it's tough to beat the taste of a fresh catch through the ice.
But tonight a warm fire crackles happily just behind me. it's warmth a soothing blanket against my back. The weather outside doesn't look so bad from here. Think I'll try to write another post

Come on!! get on board ~! and get MAD!!~!
If the book is as good as this it is likely a great read................Remember Lee Iacocca, the man who rescued Chrysler Corporation from its death throes? He's now 82 years old and has a new book, 'Where Have All The Leaders Gone?
'.Lee Iacocca Says: 'Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's happening? Where the hell is our outrage? We should be screaming bloody murder! We've got a gang of clueless bozos steering our ship of state right over a cliff, we've got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can't even clean up after a hurricane much less build a hybrid car. But instead of getting mad, everyone sits around and nods their heads when the politicians say, 'Stay the course.'Stay the course? You've got to be kidding. This is America, not the damned, 'Titanic'. I'll give you a sound bite: 'Throw all the bums out!' You might think I'm getting senile, that I've gone off my rocker, and maybe I have. But someone has to speak up. I hardly recognize this country anymore. The most famous business leaders are not the innovators but the guys in handcuffs. While we're fiddling in Iraq , the Middle East is burning and nobody seems to know what to do. And the press is waving 'pom-poms' instead of asking hard questions. That's not the promise of the 'America' my parents and yours traveled across the ocean for. I've had enough. How about you? I'll go a step further. You can't call yourself a patriot if you're not outraged. This is a fight I'm ready and willing to have. The Biggest 'C' is Crisis! (Iacocca elaborates on nine C's of leadership, with crisis being the first.)Leaders are made, not born. Leadership is forged in times of crisis. It's easy to sit there with your feet up on the desk and talk theory. Or send someone else's kids off to war when you've never seen a battlefield yourself. It's another thing to lead when your world comes tumbling down. On September 11, 2001, we needed a strong leader more than any other time in our history. We needed a steady hand to guide us out of the ashes. A hell of a mess, here's where we stand. We're immersed in a bloody war with no plan for winning and no plan for leaving. We're running the biggest deficit in the history of the country. We're losing the manufacturing edge to Asia, while our once-great companies are getting slaughtered by health care costs. Gas prices are skyrocketing, and nobody in power has a coherent energy policy. Our schools are in trouble. Our borders are like sieves. The middle class is being squeezed every which way. These are times that cry out for leadership. But when you look around, you've got to ask: 'Where have all the leaders gone?' Where are the curious, creative communicators? Where are the people of character, courage, conviction, omnipotence, and common sense? I may be a sucker for alliteration, but I think you get the point. Name me a leader who has a better idea for homeland security than making us take off our shoes in airports and throw away our shampoo? We've spent billions of dollars building a huge new bureaucracy, and all we know how to do is react to things that have already happened. Name me one leader who emerged from the crisis of Hurricane Katrina. Congress has yet to spend a single day evaluating the response to the hurricane or demanding accountability for the decisions that were made in the crucial hours after the storm. Everyone's hunkering down, fingers crossed, hoping it doesn't happen again. Now, that's just crazy. Storms happen. Deal with it. Make a plan. Figure out what you're going to do the next time.Name me an industry leader who is thinking creatively about how we can restore our competitive edge in manufacturing. Who would have believed that there could ever be a time when 'The Big Three' referred to Japanese car companies? How did this happen, and more important, what are we going to do about it? Name me a government leader who can articulate a plan for paying down the debit, or solving the energy crisis, or managing the health care problem. The silence is deafening. But these are the crises that are eating away at our country and milking the middle class dry. I have news for the gang in Congress. We didn't elect you to sit on your asses and do nothing and remain silent while our democracy is being hijacked and our greatness is being replaced with mediocrity. What is everybody so afraid of? That some bonehead on Fox News will call them a name? Give me a break. Why don't you guys show some spine for a change?Had Enough? Hey, I'm not trying to be the voice of gloom and doom here. I'm trying to light a fire. I'm speaking out because I have hope - I believe in America. In my lifetime, I've had the privilege of living through some of America 's greatest moments. I've also experienced some of our worst crises: The 'Great Depression,' 'World War II,' the 'Korean War,' the 'Kennedy Assassination,' the 'Vietnam War,' the 1970's oil crisis, and the struggles of recent years culminating with 9/11.If I've learned one thing, it's this: 'You don't get anywhere by standing on the sidelines waiting for somebody else to take action. Whether it's building a better car or building a better future for our children, we all have a role to play. That's the challenge I'm raising in this book. It's a "Call to Action" for people who, like me, believe in America'. It's not too late, but it's getting pretty close. So let's shake off the crap and go to work. Let's tell 'em all we've had 'enough.'Make your own contribution by sending this to everyone you know and care about. It's our country, folks, and it's our future. Our future is at stake!!

FOOD Nuker's BEWARE!!~!
Old timers are quick to say curiosity killed the cat. I think the opposite is true. It's only when we chose to personally check things out that the true answers surface.
The microwave has become the busiest little appliance in our kitchens. And the ease at which we are now able to prepare a quick meal has grown leaps n bounds since its discovery. New foods, And new containers are being created every day to accommodate the demands. But each new day also provides more information and new discovery into the potential harm that is caused with its use.
Perhaps the most concrete evidence of these dangers comes from Dr. Hans Hertel, a Swiss Food Scientist Who carried out a very high quality study on the effects of microwaved foods on humans. His conclusions, Clear and Alarming. Microwave Cooking Significantly altered the nutrients in the foods enough to cause huge changes in the blood work of participants. Changes that suggest deterioration of the blood.
1. Increased Cholesterol levels
2. More leukocytes, or white blood cells.
3. Decreased numbers of red blood cells.
4. Production of radiolytic compounds (compounds unknown to nature)
5. Decreased hemoglobin levels, which could indicate Anemic Tendencies. Dr Hertel and his Team published these results in 1992, A Gag order was placed on his study by the Swiss Trade Organization but was later lifted by the Swiss Courts.
Consider also a lawsuit involving a women requiring hip surgery. The blood used in her transfusion was just Warmed in a microwave. The Microwave Altered the warmed blood causing her death.
For those who would still defend their microwaves be advised of the following concerns:
1. The Chemical structure of foods heated in microwaves changes, offering unknown consequences.
2. Vegetables and other foods lose valuable cancer fighting nutrients when heated in Microwaves.
3. paper plates, covers, and plastics leach cancer causing toxins when heated in a microwave.
4. Microwaves significantly breakdown the disease fighting abilities in breast milk.
This writers suggestion, Throw the dang thing out the door!!~! COME ON, !! YU Kin DO IT!!~!

THE NEW STATE RELIGEON
THE NEW STATE RELIGION
Every tyranny requires its very own state religion so the rulers can feel justified in their oppression. In our case, the religion is Health.
Today in North America, Healthism enjoys almost total acceptance. Who doesn't want to be healthy? Who doesn't think that sick people should be cured? Conservatives and liberals alike vie to get the other side declared "sick" instead of slugging it out fairly on the grounds of right and wrong. Literally anything can be justified as "healthy," literally any crime can be forgiven as "sick."
We are heading towards exactly the same social structure as (the former) Soviet Russia: A piggish elite ruling over the servile masses. All this can be accomplished without ever invoking the names of Marx or Lenin. All we need is a good enough reason to believe in the omniscience of the elite, and a willingness to let them make the decisions--"for our own good," of course. And, just to ensure our compliance, we will be suffocated with tax-supported bureaucracies, and be surrounded by anonymous accusers.
Under the law of Health, all of life becomes politicized. The most powerful person simply declares his/her personal prejudices to be society's new norms, and that is that. We all must conform. We are even denied the dignity of resisting our oppressors, because they are supposedly tyrannizing us out of love, for our own good . . . .
Whoever can ascend the pedestal of Health controls everything, and there is no way to predict what he or she will demand. Nor is there any theoretical limit on what can be demanded in the name of Health. In the former Soviet Union, dissenters were tortured in psychiatric hospitals in the name of Health. In Nazi Germany dissenters were castrated so as not to bear "unfit" children, and Jews and gypsies were massacred to "purify the race." Nobody can justify Stalin's or Hitler's behavior by any traditional standard of justice, but they both found it easy to persuade a majority of the population that these measures were necessary for "social health" .
LIFE BEFORE "HEALTH" In North America, we have no cultural tradition of oppression as existed for centuries in Czarist Russia. Nor have we suffered the economic devastation that flattened the Weimar Republic and paved the way for Hitler. From its very beginning North America was founded, not perfectly but substantially, on absolute standards of Justice. To consider a return to these absolute standards is not some fanatical theory, but an option that can be weighed against the historical facts.
SOME QUESTIONS:1. Was there more juvenile delinquency and child abuse or less before the "child abuse industry" (Child Protective Services, etc.) was established?
2. Was there more sexual abuse, or less, before the new campaign of sex education and "helping professionals" ?
3. Were we overrun with murderers, rapists, and child molesters before the courts started trying to "rehabilitate" these kinds of criminals?
4. Did half of all marriages end in divorce before we decided that marriage vows were an empty joke instead of a binding contract with penalties for those who broke them?
5. Did children grow up illiterate before God was banned from the classroom and the schools began undermining children's values?
6. Was a large percentage of the population chronically unemployable, with no real prospect for their children but poverty, before we formed an army of bureaucrats (wrongly called the Great Society) and declared a War on Poverty?
The answers: No, no, no, no, no, NO! Juvenile delinquency is up 11,000 percent since 1950 (1). Incest was estimated at one in a million or less in 1940 (2). Murder, rape and other violent crimes were a tiny fraction of today's numbers before the religion of Health replaced the Justice of Law. Child molesting was almost unheard of. Few couples divorced, and few children had to suffer through this major childhood trauma. Literacy was at the 99% rate in 1910 (3). Immigrants at that time, uneducated and totally poverty-stricken (far below our current standard of "poverty level" ) saw their children become educated, wealthy and successful.
WHAT CHANGED?The difference is that we used to be governed by law based on unchanging absolutes. Today we are governed by the dictates of special interests and the fads of the elite. No security or progress is possible while our laws oscillate madly this way and that. All that the child abuse industry and our related social change agencies have accomplished with their faddish programs is to make us a contender for crime capital of the world. Our old standard of "justice for all" instead of "Health for all" is simple and time-tested. It requires no elaborate, self-interested bureaucracy.
Most of all, it is fair and just.

Ageing Sucks!!~!
Just Woke up , again. Drooll running past my chin. Whiskers sticky with the stuff. And my neck stiff and stuck against my left shoulder. Ageing sucks soooo Bad!!~! I woke at 5 Am right on schedule,,,,,,FOR WHAT?? I'm not going anywhere ! We have no Appointment to get to. There was no alarm set, except for the one inside my noggin. There must be a special place in sleep mode that operates in slow motion as I'm on half a battery for the first 30 minutes. A slow shuffle takes me through the darkened house. And I've been known to catch a few more 'winks" as I stand over the Toilet to,,,well, you know. Sometimes I cheat, n sit because it requires less energy. But the downside is you kin hurt yourself if you drift off n fall forward. Very Embarrassing if you make a lot of noise on the way down. The upside, you do wake up faster.
Still en mode, I shuffle to the kitchen counter to feel for the Folgers Canister. I have no Idea why the coffee needs to be made so early. But its important that its en brew as I lean there resting through it's cycle. A kitchen stool is close by, but memories of past events keep me from its comforts, or the pains there off that accompany a nasty fall.
The shuffle back more careful now as the hot liquid warms my fingers yet threatens my knees n toes. Not to mention repercussion created by drips on floors n carpets. Why is that such a big deal??
My desk, a natural mess but the spot on the left, the one with the coffee stain designates the parking spot for the warm cup. and I can ease back against the warm fabric and not think so much. There are things to do, but for now the smell of the warm brew massages my coddled mind and allows me the options. But I must not drift far, lest they find me slumped over here completely at rest,, in my boxers,,,,,,,,,,

Guarding against CANCER
With everything from baby foods to cosmetics packed full of poisons. And our water systems being loaded with bacteria. And our homes belching poison gasses from carpets, new furniture and wallboard. It's no longer a question of why cancer shows up as a killer. Once you look into all these things its very easy to just throw up your hands and give up,thinking this is way too complicated. But the fact is it's very treatable using the uniqueness built into our own bodies.
Nutritional supplements and vitamins are very effective when researched and used properly. Even inexpensive when weighed for their value against conventional medical treatment costs.
They've gotten a bad rap from those who choose to listen to the chatter instead of learn for themselves. There are many to choose from but few that meet their purpose. That small capsule not only needs to get inside you, but needs to break down and become absorbed into your system so it can be used. Some states require septic system pumpers to screen out all the little "capsules" before they can dump their truck contents, a direct indicator that you tossed your money right down the toilet.
Vitamins, or nutrients need to be created in such a way as to be bonded,or attached to a natural substance that can be readily absorbed through the stomach into the cell structure of your body as the capsule is absorbed. There to be used by your immune system to rebuild your health. So, two things need to happen for you to benefit from your investment. The capsule needs to be made of a material that will breakdown in the stomach, and have within it the capability to travel into your cell structure. anything less and you may as well spend yur buck on a burrito.
The evidence of a good supplement is fairly easy. You'll feel better, and possess more energy. Body function will change as well as appetite and even attitude.
Melaleuca provides an impressive supplement system that has a patented absorption system and I've found it to be very effective. I'm sure there are more out there but I've researched this one and am completely satisfied.
But the purpose of this post is to share good information to help you feel better and live healthy. if your feeding your immune System well, it will be at work for you keeping you disease free.
